2. In short

  • This website is an information site. It sets no cookies itself.
  • It uses no analytics tools (for example Google Analytics) and no tracking pixels.

3. Which data comes up

3.1 Server log data

When a page is requested, the hosting service automatically stores:

  • the page and file requested
  • date and time of the request
  • the amount of data transferred
  • the page you came from (referrer)
  • browser and operating system
  • your IP address

Purpose: running the website securely, detecting faults and investigating misuse.

Justification: overriding interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP; where the GDPR applies, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

hosttech deletes the log files automatically; hosttech does not state a fixed period.

3.2 E-mails to us

When you write to us at info@laonda.ch, we process your name, your e-mail address and the content of your message. We use them only to answer your request.

E-mails to info@laonda.ch are delivered through hosttech's mail server; hosttech processes them as a processor on our behalf.

Legal basis: a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise a legitimate interest in answering you. We keep the message as long as your request needs it and delete it afterwards, unless legal retention duties apply.

3.3 Links to third-party sites

The website links to Instagram, Facebook and Google (route planner and review page), and to the website of the agency that designed this website (WEBDESIGN-DAVOS). These sites are not loaded automatically. Only when you click a link does your browser connect to the provider. Their privacy policies then apply:

The Google rating is fixed text on the page. No connection to Google is made for it when the page loads.

We show individual Google reviews with the name the author gave on Google and the date. If you do not want to be mentioned, write to us at info@laonda.ch.

3.4 Photos

Guests and team members can sometimes be recognised in pictures of the bar. If you can be recognised in a photo and would like it removed, write to us at info@laonda.ch. We will look at your request and remove the picture if the request is justified.

4. Recipients of data

We do not pass on personal data for advertising or analytics. Service providers receive only the data they need for their task and process it only on our instructions.

  • Hosting and e-mail: hosttech GmbH, Seestrasse 15a, 8805 Richterswil. hosttech runs the website, stores the log data in the DATAROCK data centre in Nottwil (canton of Lucerne, Switzerland) and delivers the e-mails to info@laonda.ch.

How hosttech itself handles data is described in hosttech's privacy policy: hosttech.ch/datenschutz.

5. Transfer abroad

The website and its log data are stored in Switzerland.

If you click one of these links, your browser sends data to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google. These providers are based partly in the USA. Which safeguards apply to the transfer is set out in the providers' privacy policies.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time for:

  • information about which data we process about you

  • deletion or restriction of processing, unless a legal duty stands against it
  • a copy of your data in a common format (data portability)
